By listing a vehicle / product for sale on classifieds.team-bhp.com, you hereby agree to the “seller terms & conditions” (listed below) of BHP Classifieds Pvt. Ltd., and to the visitor terms and conditions of www.Team-BHP.com (listed at this link). If you do not wish to be bound by these terms and conditions, you should not submit a listing on classifieds.team-bhp.com. 1.       You understand that BHP Classifieds Pvt. Ltd. is a Mumbai-based organisation that is operating classifieds.team-bhp.com (only the classifieds listing section on www.Team-BHP.com) on a franchise model. You are entering into an agreement with BHP Classifieds Pvt. Ltd. ONLY. BHP Classifieds Pvt. Ltd. as an organisation is completely independent of www.Team-BHP.com, and is merely a franchisee that is authorised to operate classifieds.team-bhp.com for a limited period of time.

2.       All listing fees and payments shall be made in favour of “BHP Classifieds Pvt. Ltd.”.

3.       BHP Classifieds Pvt. Ltd. provides the classifieds.team-bhp.com listing section as a classifieds service to enable buyers & sellers to contact one another. BHP Classifieds Pvt. Ltd. is not involved in any transactions between buyers and sellers. BHP Classifieds Pvt. Ltd.  is merely a “for sale” advertisement listing service. You, as a seller, are completely & solely responsible for the sale transaction of your vehicle / product (and all other transactions related to the sale). BHP Classifieds Pvt. Ltd. will not be responsible for any damages arising out of listing your vehicle / product on classifieds.team-bhp.com. BHP Classifieds Pvt. Ltd. will not be liable for your interactions with any individuals and / or organisations found on the website or through the listing service. Any such interactions, or sale transactions, are solely between you and such individuals and / or organisations. Due to the fact that classifieds.team-bhp.com is a mere platform, in the event that users have disputes, BHP Classifieds Pvt. Ltd. and its employees, officers, agents and directors are released from claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.

4.       You, as the seller, are singularly responsible for any government taxes, levies and charges related to the sale transaction of your vehicle / product.

5.       You agree that your registration to classifieds.team-bhp.com is valid for single user access only. You are not permitted to share your registration and password with any other individual or organisation. BHP Classifieds Pvt. Ltd. will not be held liable for any loss that you incur as a result of someone else using your password or account. However, you can be held liable for losses incurred by BHP Classifieds Pvt. Ltd. due to someone else using your password or account.

6.       You will accurately identify yourself as an “individual seller” or “dealer” (a dealer is any individual, company or agent who profits from the buying, selling and / or brokering of cars). An “individual seller” will not concurrently list more than 10 vehicles / products.

7.       Each individual seller or dealer is permitted to create ONLY one user account on classifieds.team-bhp.com. Multiple user accounts on classifieds.team-bhp.com for the same individual seller or dealer are not allowed.

8.       While it is not possible for us to review every listing, BHP Classifieds Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to edit / remove any listing or advertisement without notice and without liability or providing a refund, that does not meet the requirements of these Terms & Conditions, the visitor terms and conditions of www.Team-BHP.com (listed at this link), or if BHP Classifieds Pvt. Ltd. otherwise determines or believes, in BHP Classifieds Pvt. Ltd’s sole and exclusive discretion, that your listing or any photo or other content you upload is inappropriate for any legal, business, technical or other reason. If BHP Classifieds Pvt. Ltd. determines, in its sole and exclusive discretion, that you are engaging in any unfair, deceptive, false, misleading or fraudulent practices, BHP Classifieds Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to immediately remove your listing without notice and without liability or providing a refund.

9.       If BHP Classifieds Pvt. Ltd. determines, in its sole and exclusive discretion, that you are in violation of the Terms & Conditions listed on this page, BHP Classifieds Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to suspend, delete or ban your user account, without notice and without liability or providing a refund.

10.       BHP Classifieds Pvt. Ltd. does not guarantee any responses or results from listing your vehicle / product on classifieds.team-bhp.com. BHP Classifieds Pvt. Ltd. will not entertain any refund requests due to lack of results or responses. BHP Classifieds Pvt. Ltd. does not make and expressly disclaims any and all representations and warranties to you regarding the classifieds listing service, including, without limitation, any representations or warranties that you will sell your vehicle / product, obtain an acceptable price for your vehicle / product, only receive legitimate inquiries or solicitations from qualified buyers, or receive any inquiries regarding your vehicle / product for sale.

11.   The listing fee that you pay to BHP Classifieds Pvt. Ltd. is non-refundable. By placing an ad listing on classifieds.team-bhp.com, you agree to pay all listing fees and charges applicable, and in effect, at the time of listing your vehicle / product. All fees and charges will be applied against the form of payment you provide as part of the listing process and you agree to pay such fees and charges. You also agree to pay any applicable Government taxes related to your listing fee.

12.   Your vehicle / product listing will be valid for a maximum period of 90 days, after which the said listing will be deleted from classifieds.team-bhp.com.

13.   BHP Classifieds Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to change its listing fees and seller packages at any time, and without notice.

14.   You can withdraw your listing on classifieds.team-bhp.com at any given point of time WITHOUT A REFUND. If you wish to withdraw your listing for any which reason, you will send a request email to classifieds@team-bhp.com. This email has to be sent from the email address used for your account registration on classifieds.team-bhp.com, and should contain a web URL link to your listing, along with the reason for requesting deletion.

15.   You agree that the vehicle / product that you are listing on BHP Classifieds Pvt. Ltd. is in your possession and you have the full legal right to transfer its ownership title. You hereby agree that the vehicle / product that you are listing on BHP Classifieds Pvt. Ltd. has not been acquired by fraud, theft or any other illegal means. You hereby agree to avoid listing any vehicle / product that violates any aspect of Indian law, or the rights of any third party.

16.   You will list for sale only those vehicles / products that are physically present in India.

17.   You agree that the information, provided by you, in your listing is truthful, accurate and legal. You are solely responsible for the information & photographs contained in your listing.

18.   If you have made any errors while listing your vehicle / product, you may send an email to classifieds@team-bhp.com with full details on the corrections to be made, within 72 hours of originally listing your vehicle / product. We will make any corrections, only if deemed necessary by us and at our sole discretion.

19.   You will avoid the use of any “bait & switch” tactics, or any unfair / deceptive trade practices.

20.   It is compulsory for you to enter the price, at which you are willing to sell the vehicle / product, in your listing. Any listing that does not contain a “for sale” price in Indian Rupees will be deleted immediately.

21.   It is compulsory for you to upload at least 1 photograph for each listing. This photograph will be of the actual vehicle / product that is for sale by you.

22.   You agree that you will actively list each unique vehicle / product for sale only once. When the original listing expires, you are permitted to submit a new listing for the same vehicle / product, if it is still available for sale.

23.   You agree that you will not advertise more than one vehicle / product per listing. You agree that you will not entertain any inquiries received via classifieds.team-bhp.com for vehicles / products that you have not actively listed on classifieds.team-bhp.com.

24.   You will not fail to deliver any vehicle / product, that for which you have received full payment from a legitimate buyer.

25.   Within 3 working days of selling your vehicle / product, you will delete your listing from classifieds.team-bhp.com. The “delete” button is found within the “My Account” section (You need to be logged into your user account to see the “My Account” section).

26.   BHP Classifieds Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to suspend or cancel its services at any time without notice.

27.   This Agreement shall be governed by the Laws of India. The Courts of law at Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising under this agreement.
